Refund policy

Broadway Leather Company does not support a Returnless Refund Policy.

Returns and refunds are on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a refund process, please record a video at the point of opening the package, in the absence of which, Broadway Leather reserves the right to reject any request for returns and refunds.

Broadway Leather will then walk through concerns step by step with the purchasing customer. Returns and refunds are not guaranteed.

A purchase made, complete with payment transaction is a purchase made regardless of the circumstances under which it was made. Broadway Leather Company does not proceed to address a request for return and refund if the request does not concern a problem with the product itself.

Broadway Leather Company does not take any responsibility where customers do not receive their parcels. All parcels are sent with a tracking number and customers are always notified of their tracking number via email effected through the Shopify platform itself.

Customers are encouraged to check persistently with the courier company during the course of shipping to their provided shipping address.
